How to order custom-size furniture online without surprises

What to measure, what to send us, and how our 18-25 day making process works from your first message to delivery.
Start with the wall or floor space, then the doorways and lifts the piece must pass through. For beds, send the mattress size. For dining tables, tell us how many people you want to seat.
We confirm wood, size and finish with you, then start making. Making usually takes 18-25 days, and you receive photos from the workshop along the way, so there are no surprises on delivery.
Transit then depends on where you are: Delhi NCR 2-4 business days, metro cities 5-8, and the rest of India 7-12. For big pieces we send our own team for assembly in metro cities.

Pieces made to your own size, wood or finish cannot be returned once making has started, except for damage in transit. Please see our refund policy.
