Shipping & delivery

Solid timber furniture needs proper packaging. Every piece is wrapped in cushioning, corners are protected, and larger pieces are crated in the atelier before they leave.

Pieces are made when you order. Making usually takes 18–25 days after we confirm wood, size and finish. Transit then depends on where you are: Delhi NCR 2–4 business days, metro cities 5–8 business days, and the rest of India 7–12 business days.

Please check the outside of the packing when it arrives. If you see any damage, take photographs and tell us straight away on +91 7982168542 or WhatsApp. For big pieces we send our own team for assembly in metro cities.
